Anish Kapoor at the Hayward Gallery

Last Saturday we went to an early afternoon event at the Royal Festival Hall, and I went on to the Anglo-Indian artist Anish Kapoor’s exhibition at the Hayward Gallery.

Playful, quirky and inventive, this used reflective surfaces and highly light-absorbing coatings to distort visual reality in a wide range of three dimensional and planar works. Great fun, and I tried to catch the wackiness in some of my images.

Reflection

I spent the rest of the day until supper time doing street photography on the South Bank…

Cheers!

Honestly, this was candid and unposed ;-)
