Seville

We had a great 5-day stay in Seville in October, the first time we’d visited the beautiful, historic city. I did a mix of street and travel photography (the latter mostly inside the fantastic churches), and here’s a first selection of street images, mostly shot in the historic centre.

Browsing the stalls at the famous weekly Calle Feria bric-a-brac market: a fortuitous arrangement of colours and patterns.

Style envy?

I had to wait quite a while for this guy to come along: I’d have preferred someone joyful or even grumpier, but he’ll do!

This is under the Metropol Parasol, a huge, wacky wooden structure just north of the old city near our hotel.

Calle las Sierpes fan. This was in an upmarket shopping street in the old city, full of traditional shops.

Calle Feria stallholder.

Discussing our beers.
